NH85NW 11 84 56 to 76 57.
Kitchen-middens, also referred to as shell-mounds, are to be seen between Delnies (Hilton of Delnies is at NH 84 56) and Fort George. There are many shell-mounds scattered all along the shore between Delnies and Fort George.

No traces appear to survive of these kitchen-middens.
RCAHMS 1978, visited May 1978. <2>
This site was visited during a walkover survey in June 2007 by AOC Archaeology. No trace of the middens was identified. <3>
