NH85SE 17 8896 5146

At NH 8896 5146 is a turf-covered, stone-walled circular hut, measuring 13m in diameter between the centres of a wall spread to 3.5m. The ill-defined entrance is in SSE.
It is levelled into a W-facing hillside overgrown with whins which hide any trace there may be of contemporary cultivation.
Surveyed at 1/2500. Visited by OS (I M T) 23 April 1974.
