(NH 9704 5316) Stone Coffins containing Human Remains found AD 1851 (NAT).
OS 6" map (1906)

Three stone coffins containing human remains were found about 1/4 mile SE of Hanover about 1851. (The site shown on the 6" lies about 1/4 mile due east of Hanover.)
Name Book 1869

The find-spot of these cists is in a flat arable field at present under crop. No trace of any significant features can be seen and no further information could be obtained.
