This 'C' listed building opens directly onto pavement of Back St to the front, on the side to runs along Joiners Lane.
It is an L shaped construction, and is attached to UID 28 (Old School House) to the west and UID030 (Goschen Hoyuse) to the north.

The building is one and a half storey and finished in white harl.

The roof is traditional Scottish slate with a tiled ridge tiled with black traditional style metal guttering and downpipe. There is a single harlled end stack, which is coped and topped with twin tall clay pots.

There is a single small two light black framed skylight. The building has two dormer windows, each slate sided, slate roofed with tiled ridge and lead sealing. The building has a red wooden single door to the front, with a brass letterbox, round handle (painted black) and keyhole (painted red). There is a single step onto the pavement. The white plastic bell is not in keeping with the surrounds.

The building has large wall mounted street lamps on front and side, with cables running between them.
