Three house sites, one of sandstone masonry, others drystone, were found in extensive landscaped surroundings.
T C Welsh 1968.

The footings of a house 15m by 5m with the other amorphous remains 70m to the E. A well-preserved embanked drive runs down to the buildings.It is believed locally that the buildings were abandoned because of flooding.
