Full Description

A cairn as described, completely overgrown with whin but for the S sector.
Revised at 1:10560. Visited by OS (J M) 11 August 1981.

Cairn (NR) OS 6"map, (1963)

There is a small cairn 6m in diameter and 0.5m high. On SW periphery a kerb about 0.2m high is clearly visible, and although there is no visual evidence, this would appear to be a burial cairn.
(Visible on RAF air photographs 106G/Scot/UK 75: 4363-4 (flown 1946).
Surveyed at 1:2500.
Visited by OS (R D) 27 November 1964 and (J L D) 25 June 1960
