Full Description
A heather-covered level-topped cairn, 5.0m diameter by 0.4m high, the centre disturbed and revealing a core content of medium-sized slabs; occasional stones are visible in the cairn periphery, but no evidence of a kerb. In the immediate vicinity are five natural peat mounds.

Of the six tumuli published on the OS map to the S and E of Torr Phadruig (ND05NE 16), only that at ND 0677 5598 appears to be artificial. The others, including that at ND 0680 5606, appear to be natural peat mounds.
The cairn measures 8.0m in diamter and is 1.0m high. It is formed of a mass of loose stones, almost wholly covered by earth and heather. Visited by OS (W D J) 10 April 1962.

There are a few small cairns a short distance SE of Torr Phadruig. They are supposed to be sepulchral.
