NH67SW 25 6460 7073.

NH 646 707. Burnt Mound, Balnacraig: The remains of what is probably a burnt mound stand about 100m E of that described on NH67SW 24. Burnt stone is visible in the oval mound, which measures 11m from E to W by 9m transversely and stands 1m high.
RCAHMS 1979, visited 1978.

NH 6460 7073. The turf-covered burnt mound is as described above. A depression occurs on the S side of the mound, facing the stream.
Surveyed at 1:2500. Visited by OS (J B) 16 February 1981.
