Full Description

A c. 1900 English Vernacular Revival 2-storey asymmetrical house with Arts and Crafts Detail on the Rosehaugh Estate, Avoch.

The building was added to the Statutory List in 1981.

A photographic survey of the windows of the Cottage was undertaken in 2014. <1>
