(Group: NH 931 873) Jokhen Muddins (NR) Jokhen Muddins (NR) (Site of) OS 6" map, Ross-shire, 2nd ed., (1907)

At Castle Haven, shell-middens were found in abundance. In addition to the usual littoral shellfish remains, cod bones and spines of skate were found in quantity, indicating middens of a later date than those found at Castle Corbet (NH98SW 10). The Castle Haven middens were (c1872) nearly all cleared away when reclaiming the land.

No trace. Visited by OS (A A) 12 September 1972.
