NH 893 830. Bloomery (Site), Balchladich: Fragments of iron-working slag found in disturbed sand may indicate the site of a bloomery.
RCAHMS 1979, visited 1977.

Iron slag occurs in rabbit scrapes at NH 8937 8300.
