NC83NE 1 851 394.
A cairn known as 'Carn-teicheadh', Cairn of the Flight, marks the site where, in 1601, the men of the earl of Caithness fled from those of the Earl of Sutherland without fighting. It lies at Leathad Riabhach, near Griamachary (NC 851 394).

Cairn-an-teichigh lies on a plain near Bein Ghrim, named of old 'Leayd Reayfe', and more recently Inis Chomraig, Field of Contest.
