OS 6"map, (1963)

A large, partly turf-covered cairn, found during field investigation on the south-facing lower slopes of Pollie Hill. It is about 11m in diameter, 1m high and is slightly hollowed on top. Large kerb stones are visible especially on the southern perimeter.
Visited by OS (W D J) 15 July 1961.

A cairn, as described, situated on a false crest. The north side has been encroached upon by ploughing and afforestation.
