Full Description

NC91NE 66 9772 1725.

At NC 9772 1725 is a circular stone-walled hut circle in association with a minor, field system. The situation is rising moorland open to the NE. The contemporary agriculture is shown by a moderate density of stone clearance heaps, about one hectare in extent, in the immediate vicinity of the hut; cultivation plots are not discernible. The hut is 11.0m diameter internally and an entrance is from the E. The wall, spread to 2.5m and heather-overgrown, stands to 0.8m in the NW arc; inner facing stones show intermittently.
