Full Description

NC91SW 14 944 102.

Cairns were cleared, by order of the present owner of Lothbeg, (NC 944 102) from a field on the banks of the River Loth adjacent to that in which NC91SW 13 was discovered. 'Two stone coffins were found containing several urns of clay ware, which the workmen broke with their spades before they discovered them'.
OSA 1793.

No further information as to the location of the urn-finds was obtained during the course of field investigation.
