NH85SE 2 8952 5379.

St Ninian's Well, just within the dyke of Bognafuaran at the road leading to the Park, enjoyed great celebrity. (There was a chapel to St Ninian at Foynesfield, nearby - NH85SE 6). G Bain 1893.

St Ninian's Well, situated at NH 8952 5379, is now surmounted by a disused hand water-pump. Revised at 1/2500.
Visited by OS (N K B) 16 November 1965.
