Description
Walkover and photographic surveys were undertaken by CFA Archaeology over 10 days in October and November 2005 as part of community archaeology project with Clyne Heritage Society, NOSAS and Shorewatch to assess and record the archaeological sites within the area at threat from coastal erosion at Brora, Clyne. Volunteers were also involved as this was primarily a community project that would run for several years. A total of thirty-six sites were recorded prior to and during the walkover survey including a radio station, coal pits, boundaries, buildings, middens and others. <1>
