NH20SE 14 2924 0354

A cairn, located immediately adjacent to Loch Lundie and only visible from the adjacent sheep track and the loch itself, was recorded during a forestry survey by Headland Archaeology (NMRS MS 899/64, no.1). Constructed of medium to large rounded to sub-rounded stones up to 0.4m in length, the cairn measures 1.2m in diameter and 1m in height. Some of the stones are moss-covered and the basal courses are overgrown with mature heather.
