NB90NE 12 9881 0770

A shieling-hut, situated to the SW of Cnoc Glas, was recorded during a pre-afforestation survey by Headland Archaeology (NMRS MS 899/80, no.4). it measures 6m from E to W by 3m with 0.7m wide walls constructed of turf and stone standing uo to a height of 0.5m. There is no entrance visible.
