Full Description

A small rectangular enclosure built onto the north-west wall of the longhouse and linked via a small doorway set into the north-west wall of the longhouse. The north-west wall of the enclosure is topped off by a run of vertically set stones. It is unusual because of the narrow entrance way set into the north-east wall which does not allow much width for the movement of livestock. It is conceivable it was once roofed <1>. Photographed <2>.
