Full Description
This sheepfold is described in the Cultural Heritage chapter of an Environmental Statement for a proposed wind farm. It measures approximately 12m in diameter and stands in places to 0.6m high, although the walls are generally very spread. The lintel from the collapsed entrance is visible on the east side of the fold. The sheepfold is preserved within a commercial forestry plantation. It lies at the junction of two rides and is overgrown by vegetation. <1>
