Full Description

482 and 483 Two rectangular building platforms at NH 1840 4991 situated on the N side of River Meig facing E toward Coire Mhoraigein were recorded by NOSAS in 2007 as part of the Scotland's Rural Past Project. Both are scarped into the E facing lea slope in a sheltered position and measure 2.5m x 1.5m 4m x 3m respectively. They are probably stances for timber buildings associated with the sporting estate. <1>
