Full Description

This ruin on the N edge of the croft is built into the township head dyke on its N wall. It faces E on a fairly steep slope that has been cut into on the W side to form a partial platform.
The walls are constructed of selected stones, unlayered, with a few dressed stones around the doorway on the E wall. There is a lot of tumble in the interior of the ruin making it difficult to measure accurately. There is no evidence of windows in the remaining walls. The walls stand up to 1.5m high and are 0.5 m thick.
On the NW external edge of the ruin are a few large boulders forming a short wall. To the E and downslope runs the stream Caochan an Fhasaich <1>
