Full Description

A grass and rush-covered mound was noted during a DBA and walkover survey by RoCAS in 2012 on behalf of Forestry Commission Scotland. It was located on the southwest side of a burn and is slightly higher than the surrounding ground. It measured 6m in diameter and stood up to 0.3m high. It may have been a possible shieling site, or may have been natural. <1>
