Full Description

A shieling comprising a grass-covered rectangular platform 5m N-S by 4m across and 0.1m high.
R J Mercer 1980.

Area deep-ploughed and planted with conifers. No recoverable trace of any shieling or enclosure.
Visited by OS 26 September 1981.
