Description

A walkover survey was carried out to assess the nature and extent of any archaeological remains likely to be affected by the removal of existing overhead electricity cables and cable undergrounding in Glen Feshie. The survey revealed that the proposed cable trench route would cross through several areas of archaeological interest. Re-routing was recommended and the trench was excavated under archaeological supervision. All archaeological features were successfully avoided during the works. <1>
