Description
A DBA and walkover survey was carried out by C Dagg in 2008 as a contribution to an Environmental Impact Assessment by ASH Design and Assessment in advance of the replacement of an SHEPD overhead power line between Aultbea and Dundonnell. A corridor 100m wide (50m from the new OHL route) was examined. A total of 15 new sites were found including hut circles, farmsteads and dykes. Recommendations were made with relation to the potential impact on the sites by works associated with the new OHL. <1> <2>
