Description

A DBA was carried out by C Dagg in 2010 in advance of a proposed woodland planting scheme at Shieldaig Farm, Gairloch. Twenty-two sites were identified within the survey area, thirteen of which were prehistoric and five were early modern. All 22 sites were recommended to be protected from planting or fencing and a further walk over survey was suggested to cover areas with high archaeological potential.<1>
